Description FEATURES OF THE MAR AZUL CONDOMINIUMS

The Condos at the Mar Azul are all nicely decorated and very clean. They are one short block to the main street and another ½ block to the beach in the Golden Zone.. The condos are just behind and kiddy corner from the Hotel Solamar Inn which is also one of my properties.

The one bedroom condos have a king size bed in the bedroom, and a day bed in the living room which makes into two twin beds.

The two bedroom condos have a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.There is one bathroom..

The three bedroom condo has a king size bed in each room, with a private bathroom in the master bedroom.

The condos have kitchenettes equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and place setting for
4 - 6 people.

Our base is located at the Solamar Inn which is just kiddy corner to the Mar Azul Condos..Over here is another pool , lounge chairs and a great restaurant the Minnesota cafe and Sports Bar which you are also welcome to use along with the associated discounts..

NotesAll beach activities available a block away, including parasailing, boogies boards, jets skits, sail boats ect. Within 2 blocks there is no less than 10 restaurants,bars, mimi marts, laundry service ect.
